How long does OpenClaw provisioning take?

Usually 30-60 seconds. Your secure managed OpenClaw instance deploys automatically after checkout. If it takes longer than 2 minutes, please contact support.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Go to Subscription and click Manage Billing to access the Stripe portal.

Note on downgrades: If you have more agents than your new plan allows, excess agents will be paused (not deleted). Upgrade again any time to restart them.

How do I sign in to my Clawctl dashboard?

We use magic link authentication — no password needed. Go to clawctl.com/login, enter your email, and click the link sent to your inbox.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your Clawctl subscription:

• All running agents are stopped immediately (no further charges)
• Your containers and gateway are removed
• Resubscribe any time to provision a new deployment

Is my data secure with managed OpenClaw hosting?

Yes. Each tenant runs in an isolated environment with dedicated containers, no shared resources, encrypted connections (TLS), and full audit logging. Your OpenClaw instance is hardened by default — no open ports, egress filtering, and scoped API access.

Can I bring my own LLM API keys?

Yes! All plans support bring-your-own keys for Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4), and other providers via the OpenClaw Control UI. Your keys are encrypted at rest.

What if OpenClaw provisioning fails?

Check the error message on the page and try clicking "Try Again". If it still fails, contact support@mg.clawctl.com with your tenant ID. See Troubleshooting for the "Service container exited" error and when to contact support.

Is managed OpenClaw hosting different from self-hosting?

Yes. Self-hosted OpenClaw requires you to handle Docker, nginx, TLS certificates, security hardening, updates, and monitoring yourself.
